1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you ("Participant") and Six Figure Niche ("we," "us," "our") when you join our 12-month programme.
By signing up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Programme Overview
Six Figure Niche is a structured 12-month programme designed to help business owners grow and scale their business to six figures. The programme includes online training, coaching sessions, and access to resources.
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must be running a business.
- You agree to participate fully and engage with the programme content.
4. Payment & Fees
The programme fee is payable in full or in 12 monthly instalments as outlined at the time of purchase.
To secure your place on the programme, a non-refundable £60 deposit is required.
This deposit covers:
Your Six Figure Niche workbook
A copy of the Six Figure Niche book
A copy of The A-Z of Marketing book.
The deposit and first monthly payment must be paid before the programme begins. These payments may be made in advance of the programme start date, as agreed at the time of enrolment. If you continue beyond the 14-day trial period, a reduction of £5 per month will be applied to each of your 12 monthly payments. This effectively returns the £60 deposit over the duration of the programme. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension or restriction of access to programme content, coaching sessions, resources, and community benefits.
By enrolling on an instalment plan, you agree to complete the full 12-month payment commitment unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are non-refundable, except as stated in Section 5.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the programme fee. If, within 14 days of the programme start date, you decide that the programme is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund of any programme fees paid. The £60 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it covers the cost of programme materials and resources provided. After the 14-day refund period has expired, no refunds will be issued. Participants choosing to leave the programme after this period remain responsible for the full programme fee and any outstanding instalments under their payment plan.
6. Events & Attendance
As part of your membership, you are invited to attend in-person and virtual events hosted by Six Figure Niche at no added cost. When registering for an event, you are reserving a place and helping us plan venue capacity, catering, materials and event activities.
6.1 Event Attendance
Participants are asked to only register for events they genuinely intend to attend. If you can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can make any necessary arrangements.
6.2 Event Cancellations
To help us manage event costs and planning, cancellations made within 7 days of the event date may incur a £10 cancellation fee. This fee contributes towards costs that may have already been incurred on your behalf, including venue hire, catering and event preparation.
6.3 Exceptional Circumstances
The cancellation fee will not apply in cases of:
- Genuine illness or medical emergencies
- Bereavement Family emergencies
Participants should notify us as soon as reasonably possible if they are unable to attend due to one of the above circumstances. Non-Attendance Participants who register for an event but do not attend, and do not inform us 7 days in advance, may also be subject to the £10 cancellation fee. We reserve the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
7. Programme Access & Conduct
You will receive access to the programme materials for the duration of the 12 months. Sharing login details or distributing content to others is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in inappropriate behaviour or violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All programme materials, including videos, templates, and resources, are our intellectual property. You may use them for personal business development but cannot copy, resell, or distribute them without permission.
9. Disclaimer & Liability
We do not guarantee specific financial results. Success depends on individual effort and external factors. We are not responsible for any business decisions you make as a result of the programme.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. We will not share your details with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
11. Changes to the Programme or Terms
We may update the programme content or these Terms & Conditions as needed. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
