Vic is a multi-award-winning Marketing Consultant and entrepreneur, featured on Sky News, BBC, and Marie Claire.

She has founded six businesses, scaling three to six figures, and is the author of Six Figure Niche and A–Z of Marketing.

Recognised as Marketing Strategist of the Year (UK & Ireland, 2023) by Enterprise Nation, Vic has also turned down Dragon’s Den twice.

Most recently, she was named Business Person of the Year 2026 in Mansfield, celebrating her impact on enterprise and education.

Angela Venoya

Programme Manager

Angela is passionate about helping businesses grow and she brings real expertise to every area she works in. She works with business owners on the 12-Month Programme to keep them focused, motivated, and accountable to their goals.

With a First Class Honours degree in International Business from Nottingham Trent University, Angela has a strong foundation in business and marketing strategy. She has three years of experience across market research and creating engaging social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and also brings hands-on experience in email and affiliate marketing.

A self-confessed Canva enthusiast, Angela offers 1:1 sessions to help business owners feel confident and creative using the platform - because showing up visually should feel exciting, not overwhelming.
